Hemodialysis is a renal substitution therapy, which aims to partially supplement the function of the kidneys. It consists in extracting the blood of the organism through a vascular access and taking it to a dialyser or double compartment filter,
in which the blood passes through the inside of the capillaries in one direction, and the dialysis liquid circulates in the opposite direction bathing the said Capillaries, thus, both liquids are separated by a semi-permeable membrane. This method achieves water circulation and solutes between blood and bath for, among other purposes, lowering blood levels of toxic substances when they are in excess and eliminating the healthy kidney, for example potassium and urea.

In the first button is explained that is the dialysis and different types of dialysis.
In the second button explains the principle of diffusion and the third the Ultrafiltration.
The second panel explains the parts of the machine , in the firt button is explained the dialysador in the second and the third is explained de pressure monitor ;In the fourth button explains the blood pump and in the fifth the heparin pump.
In the third panel explains the types of catheters its location and that is an arteriovenous fistula
In the machine button is explained step by step how the machine works and the maintenance button explains the cleaning and disinfection of the equipment.
